ST. PAUL, Minn. - This Saturday at 6 p.m., Concordia-St. Paul (2-0) football hosts Minnesota Duluth (1-1) at Sea Foam Stadium. The football team will hold a rally in conjunction with the CSP soccer game on Friday night, serving hotdogs to the first 100 students starting at 6:30 p.m. before CSP takes on UMD in soccer on Friday night as both teams look to pick up wins over the Bulldogs at home this weekend.
BIG EARLY SEASON GAME
The Golden Bears are one of four remaining unbeaten NSIC football teams and aiming for the program's fifth 3-0 start in team history (1977, 2001, 2002, 2004). The Bulldogs are ranked #23 by d2football.com and are receiving votes for the AFCA Top-25. UMD is aiming for its 500th program win with a 499-265-24 all-time record. UMD's first win was on September 26, 1931, a 7-0 shutout over Winona State.
