2015: Competed only during the Outdoor season as sprinter for the Golden Bears … kicked off the season by helping the 4x1 relay team place second at the Vance Butler Invitational on Apr. 3 … performed extremely well at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 18 placing first in the 100M dash with a time of 10.79 and placed second in the 200M dash with a time of 22.09 … had another great performance at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 25 placing first in the 200M dash with a time of 22.85 and placed second in the 100M dash with a time of 11.05 … set a career-best time in the 100M dash at the Golden Bear Twilight met on Apr. 29 with a time of 10.76 and finishing in second place … Captured a pair of first place finishes at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 1 – May 2 in the 200M dash with a career-best time of 21.86 and in the 4x1 relay … recorded career-best 400M dash time of 52.33 at the Bolstorff Twilight on Apr. 23.
 
2014: Competed as a sprinter for the Golden Bears … performed well at the Stout Open on Jan. 25 placing second in the 60M dash with career-best time of 7.07 and placing first in the 200M dash with a season-best time of 23.04 … helped lead 4x4 relay team to a first place finish at the Lake Superior Challenge on Feb. 8 while also placing second in the 60M dash with a time of 7.23 and placed second in the 200M dash with a time of 23.28 … helped lead 4x4 relay team to a second place finish and a third place finish in the 100M dash with a time of 10.96 at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 12 … posted best 400M dash time of the season at the Bolstroff Twilight meet on Apr. 24 with a time of 53.67.
 
2013: Competed only during the Indoor season as a freshman for the Golden Bears … primarily competed in the 60M dash and relays … helped lead 4x2 relay team to a first place finish at the UW-Stout Open on Jan. 19 while also placing second in the 60M dash with a time of 7.30 … ran best 60M dash with a time of 7.14 at the MSU Mankato Chuck Peterson Preseason Open on Dec. 7.

Central High School: Earned two letters in both track and field and basketball … earned the all-conference award for the minutemen in the 4x100, 4x200, and 200 meter dash.
