NSIC All-Conference after placing third in the 400 meter dash at 49.88 to secure six points for the Golden Bears …  competed in the 60M, 100M, 200M and 400M dash along with the long jump and 4x4 relay team … performed well at the Minnesota Open Jan. 16 placing fifth in the 200M dash with a time of 23.31 and placed third in the 400M dash with a time of 51.04 … recorded a career-best time of 7.15 in the 60M dash while finishing in second place at the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open on Jan. 29 – Jan. 30 … had best long jump of the season at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships on Feb. 26 – Feb. 27 with distance of 6.84M (22ft, 5.25in) … recorded best time in 400M dash during the Outdoor season with a time of 49.32 at the Hamline Invitational on Apr. 3 … helped 4x4 and 4x1 relay teams finish second at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 16 … 4x1 relay team finished first at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 … also recorded a career-best time of 22.36 in the 200M dash at the same event.

2014: Competed as a sprinter and long jumper in his first season with the Golden Bears … had a great start to the Indoor season in the long jump placing first at the SCSU Van Nelson Invite on Jan. 18 with a jump of 6.40M (21ft) and then placed third the following week at the Stout Open on Jan. 25 after jumping an Indoor season best 6.54M (21ft, 5.5in) … helped lead 4x4 relay team to a first place finish at the Lake Superior Challenge on Feb. 8 … recorded a season-best time in the 200M dash at the Minnesota State – Coaches Open on Feb. 15 with a time of 22.98 … had an impressive outing at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 12 placing second in the long jump with a jump of 6.70M (21ft, 11.75in) and also helping 4x4 relay team finish second … had his best meet of the season at the University of Dubuque Good Friday Open on Apr. 18 placing first in the long jump with career-long jump of 7.16M (23ft, 6in), the 400M dash with a time of 49.96 and in the 4x4 relay … set a career-best time in the 100M dash with a time of 11.49 at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 26 … finished first in the 400M dash at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 3 with a time of 49.86 … concluded the season with a second place finish and a career-best time in the 400M dash with a time of 48.12 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

 Played in 25 games with eight starts for the Falcons at the NCAA Division III level in the WIAC ... averaged 5.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, 0.6 assists and 0.4 steals ... shot 44.3% from the floor and 35.5% from three-point range ... scored a career-high 19 points against CSSM (11/24/12) in just 20 minutes ... scored 15 points in season opener against North Central (11/16/12) with four assists ... scored in double-figures seven times including four of the last seven games and three of the first four games ... had season-high six rebounds against UW-La Crosse (1/9/13).

Roseville Area High School:
A 2011 graduate playing for the Raiders in the Suburban East Conference ... surpassed 1,000 career points with a 27-point game in a section quarterfinal win over East Ridge ... led the Raiders to a 22-6 season with 420 points in 27 games played ... averaged 15.6 points including a season-high 37 points at Owatonna ... had six 20-plus point games ... scored in double-figures 24 times.
