Cross Country:
2024: Competed in all five races for the Golden Bears … tallied career bests in the four mile, 8K, and 10K … ran a race of 20:26.7 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … placed 49th at the NSIC Championships with a time of 25:40.2 (10/26) … finished the 10K at NCAA Regionals with a time of 33:40.6 (11/9).

2023: Competed in five races for the Golden Bears … ran a season-best 8K with a time of 27:19.1 at the Lewis Crossover (10/7) … his time at the Lewis Crossover was 1:25.8 better than his previous personal best in the 8K … ran a personal best 10K at the NCAA Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/4).

Track and Field:
2025: Competed in the 3,000m, 5,000m, and 10,000m for the Golden Bears ... placed 5th in the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9) ... placed 18th in the 5,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a new personal best time of 15:17.33 (5/9) ... set a personal record in the 3,000m with a time of 9:04.24 at the Snowshoe Open (2/21). 

2024: Competed in the 1500m and 5000m … ran a personal-best 1500m with a time of 4:29.37 at the Hamlime Invitational (4/6) … placed 10th in the 5000m with a time of 17:46.58 at the Minnesota State Open (4/12-13) … added a personal best time of 16:04.52 in the 5000m at the Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1).

Parnassus Preparatory School:
Earned five letters in cross country and track & field … named Academic All-State … won the team’s most improved member in 2020 along with the team’s hardest working athlete in 2021 and 2022 … ran a personal best 17:22 5K race and a 5:03 mile race.

Personal
Majoring in nursing with a minor in exercise science … involved in Call of Duty Esports and orchestra on campus.
