Concordia Career
Cross Country:
2024: Competed in all five races for Concordia-St. Paul … ran a four-mile race of 21:20.5 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … had a season-best 8K of 26:30.5 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) … finished the 10K at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 34:50.3 (11/9).

Sheboygan Lutheran HS: Participated in varsity track for three years and varsity cross country all four years … named First Team All-Conference once and Second Team All-Conference twice … earned the team’s Most Valuable Runner Award and Rookie of the Year his freshman year … was also named MVP and team captain both his junior and senior year ... part of a team that won their conference and a state championship in 2020 … posted a PR of 17:12 in the 5K, 10:21 in the two mile and 4:42 in the one mile. 

Personal: Majoring in exercise science with a minor in sports management … on the Intramarul Executive Board … has two younger brothers.
