Tre Collins joined the Golden Bear football staff in the spring of 2026 as outside linebacker coach.

Collins comes to Concordia from Olivet Nazarene University, where he was a graduate assistant for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, coaching the outside linebackers/nickels.
