DP Eyman

DP Eyman joined the Golden Bear coaching staff as a graduate assistant in 2012 and coaches the wide receivers as part of his duties as an offensive assistant.

Eyman received his first collegiate coaching experience in 2011 with Colorado School of Mines in the RMAC where he worked with the inside receivers and tight ends. He helped the Orediggers to an 8-3 overall record, including a 6-3 mark in the RMAC. CSM passed for 3,365 yards, averaging 305.9 per game with four receiving targets surpassing 500 receiving yards, and four more over 100 yards.

Prior to his stint at CSM, he began his coaching career at his prep alma mater, Iowa City City High School (ICCHS), coaching the wide receivers. At ICCHS, Eyman helped guide the Little Hawks to a class 4A state runner-up finish and a top-50 national ranking. ICCHS went undefeated in the regular season and concluded the year with a 12-1 overall record.

Eyman, who graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010 with a degree in Political Science, played quarterback and wide receiver for the Panthers.  Northern Iowa (NCAA Division I - FCS) won three Missouri Valley Conference titles during Eyman's time in Cedar Falls, and the Panthers qualified for the NCAA playoffs on three occasions, including a pair of semifinal appearances and a berth in the 2005 National Championship game (then NCAA Division I-AA).

He led the Panthers in receiving as a senior with 40 catches for 526 yards and four touchdowns

A 2005 graduate of ICCHS, Eyman competed in football, basketball and soccer during his high school career.  He garnered All-State recognition as both a quarterback and punter.
