2011: NSIC All-Academic ... a Division II Athletic Directors Association (DII ADA) Academic Achievement Award winner ... played in three games ... had two at bats and three plate appearances ... walked in his first time to the plate against Ashland (3/6/11).

2010: NSIC All-Academic ... appeared in four games as a sophomore ... had four plate appearances going 0-3 with a walk ... his walk came at St. Cloud State (4/10/10).

2009: Played in one game, going 0-1 against Minnesota Duluth (2/10/09) at the Metrodome.

West Fargo High School:
Lettered in soccer and baseball for the Packers ... earned the Dedication Award in senior season in soccer ... graduated with honors ... earned Presidential Achievement Award and was active in National Honor Society.

Personal:
Born January 26, 1990 ... son of Rev. Clark and Susan Jahnke ... has three younger brothers, Nathan (19), Jonathan (17) and Matthew (11) ... father attended Concordia Seminary in St. Louis and mother is a Concordia-St. Paul alum ... is pursuing a double major in mathematics and in 5-12 math licensure and teacher education while earning a minor in confessional Lutheranism ... would like to become a high school math teacher ... is considering graduate school ... earned Dean's List recognition five times and is a President's Scholarship recipient ... chose Concordia for three reasons, mathematics program, affiliation with LCMS and the baseball program ... his uncle, Mike Uran, was a golfer at Concordia-St. Paul while his aunt, Ronell Uran, played volleyball at Concordia-St. Paul.
