2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence this fall ... Competed in the 5K and the 6K for the Golden Bears ... Recorded a personal best in the 5K with a time of 20:10.0 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/12) ... Posted a PR in the 6K with a time of 23:45.2 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Cahmpionships (11/9).
Track and Field:
2020: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in the spring ... Participated in the 1000, 800, DMR and the 4x400 for the Golden Bears ... Recorded a personal best in the 1000 with a time of 3:14.80 at the Minnesota State Invitational (1/19) ... Posted another personal best at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/24) in the 800 with a time of 2:23.93 ... Had a second place finish in the DMR with a time of 12:53.14 and placed seventh in the 800 with a time of 2:25.82 at the Mark Schuck Open (1/31-2/1).
2019: Competed in mid-distance events for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign … had two top-ten finishes throughout her six meets she competed in … posted a personal best in the 800 with a time of 2:26.70 at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11).
2018: Redshirted, did not compete.
Westby High School: Lettered four times in both track and cross country for the Norseman ... was name First Team All-State in Cross Country in 2015, the state runner-up, and the section 2c champion in that season ... was first team All-Conference all four years of cross country in the Coulee Conference, as well as being name Academic All-State in all four seasons ... part of the team that finished runners-up in 2014 and 2015 ... broke school track and field records in 3200 meter run, 4x400relay, and 4x800relay ... played in the concert band and the pep band in high school
Personal: Plans to major in exercise science ... aspires to go to medical school in the future and is interested in neurosurgery.
