Concordia Career:
2021: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors ... named CSP Defensive Linemen of the Week against Upper Iowa (9/11) … team captain against Minot State (11/13) … played and started in all 11 games for CSP … fifth on the team in tackles (37) … had seven games with at least three tackles … had a season-best five tackles and a half sack against Upper Iowa (9/11) … had three tackles and another half sack against Bemidji State (10/9) … finished the season off with consecutive five tackle games against MSU Moorhead (11/6) and Minot State (11/13).

2020: CoSIDA Academic All-America Second Team ... CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... did not compete due to season cancellation.

2019: NSIC All-Academic Team … started three games, playing in all 11 … finished third on the team in sacks (4) … fourth among returning players in tackles for loss (4) … member of a defensive line who played a key role in leading Division II in sacks per game (3.73) ... named team Defensive Line Player of the Week following the game at Wayne State (9/28) in which he recorded his season high three tackles … recorded two sacks in the team’s win vs. MSU Moorhead (10/12).

2018: Named the team's Defensive Lineman of the Week following his debut performance in a 27-24 loss at Sioux Falls (8/30) with three tackles, a tackle for loss and sack, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery ... also had a fumble recovery in a 29-7 win over Wayne State (9/20) ... had a pair of tackles accounting for 1.5 tackles for loss in a loss at Minnesota Duluth (9/29) ... had at least two tackles in eight games while playing in all 11 contests with one start ... had a high of four tackles in a 21-13 win over Minnesota Crookston (10/20) ... ranked fifth among defensive linemen on the squad with 21 total tackles, adding 2.5 for loss and a sack.

2017: Redshirted, did not play.
 
Benson High School: 
An All-Section 5AA Team selection … named Mid State Sub 2 Conference Defensive Lineman of the Year … WC Trib All-Area honorable mention … registered 68 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and a sack for the Braves … earned three letters in football, three in hockey and two in baseball as a three-sport prep athlete … member of the A-Honor Roll.
 
Personal: 
A k-12 physical education and 5-12 health education major with a coaching minor at Concordia ... aspires to be a middle school physical education teacher and coach ... has an older brother and a younger sister ... a consistent Dean's List student.
