2018: All-NSIC First Team … NSIC All-Academic … NCAA Central Region All-Tournament Team … Colorado Premier Challenge All-Tournament Team … started all 33 matches on the season … set the program record for most career service aces with 173 … reached 1,000 career digs, finishing the season with 1,290 … ranked 24th in the nation with 50 service aces on the year while also ranking fifth in the NSIC and 62nd in the nation with 0.41 aces per set … finished third on the team with 3.07 kills per set (372 total kills) while hitting .210 on the season … ranked second on the team with 3.40 digs per set (411 total digs) while also leading the team with 640 serve receptions … chipped in 33 total blocks (seven solo and 26 block assists) for an average of 0.27 per set … had a team-best 15 double-doubles on the season, including five in the final six matches of the season … had double figures in kills in 22 matches and double figures in digs in 23 matches … put up at least 16 kills and 16 digs in three of the final four matches of the year … hit over .300 in nine matches, including a pair over .400 … had at least one service ace in 25 matches, picking up three or more in six matches … contributed a career-best 18 kills to go along with 23 digs in the NCAA Central Regional against SMSU on Nov. 15 … grabbed a career-high 24 digs in addition to 16 kills in the NCAA Central Region Championship against Washburn on Nov. 17.

2017: All-NSIC Second Team … NSIC All-Academic … NCAA All-Tournament Team … started all 37 matches for the Golden Bears … ranked second on the team with 433 digs and third on the team with 366 kills, giving her 3.21 digs per set and 2.71 kills per set … also finished third on the team with 40 service aces (0.30 per set) while her 73 total blocks (0.54 per set) were also third … hit .197 on 1103 attempts … put up a .956 receive percentage on 766 attempts on the year … finished the season with nine double-doubles … had 15 matches with double-digit kills and 25 matches with double-digit digs … compiled three different streaks of at least five straight matches with 10 or more digs … finished the season with at least 10 kills in four of the final five matches in the NCAA Tournament … matched a career-high with 16 kills to go along with 17 digs in the NSIC Tournament against Wayne State (Nov. 15) … nearly had a triple-double in the NCAA Semifinal against Rockhurst on Dec. 8, tallying 15 kills, 11 digs and eight blocks in just three sets … had back-to-back matches with 20+ digs on Nov. 3-4, including a season-best 23 against Northern State … put up consecutive double-doubles on Sept. 23-29 and Oct. 21-27.

2015: Appeared in 33 matches, starting one, for the Golden Bears as a freshman … ranked fifth on the team with 246 digs and 2.12 digs per set … led the team with 41 service aces and 0.35 service aces per set, both good for second in the NSIC … chipped in seven kills and 19 assists on the season … put up double-digit digs in 10 matches … collected a career-high 20 digs against Wayne State on Nov. 6 … put up five service aces in the NCAA Central Region Tournament against SWOSU … had a career-best four kills to go along with 12 digs and three service aces in her first career start against Winona State in the NSIC Tournament Championship.

Totino-Grace High School: Lettered in volleyball and track and field for the Eagles … named All-State as a junior and senior … two-year captain … helped lead the team to the Section 5AAA championship in 2014 … collected 1,325 kills, 1,064 digs, 202 aces and 134 blocks in her high school career … was an AAU All-American and AVCA Phenom in 2013.
 
Personal: Majoring in marketing and minoring in biology and sales at Concordia ... her sister was a middle blocker for the Golden Bears and her brother is a lineman on the football team at Augustana (S.D.).
