2019: All-NSIC First Team … NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … NCAA Central Region All-Tournament Team … NSIC All-Tournament Team … Colorado Premier Challenge All-Tournament Team … appeared in all 35 matches … ranked second in the NSIC and 23^rd in the nation with 647 total digs while her 4.79 digs per set ranked fifth and 84^th, respectively … led the NSIC and ranked 48^th in the country with 47 total service aces while her 0.35 aces per set also ranked fifth in the league … had a .958 receive percentage on 848 attempts … also chipped in 120 assists, good for 0.89 per set … reached double figures in digs in 33 matches, eclipsing 20 digs 13 times and 30 digs three times … registered at least two aces in 15 matches … set a program record in the 25-point scoring format with 35 digs to go along with nine assists and two aces in the NCAA Central Region Championship on Dec. 7 at Nebraska-Kearney … set a career high with five aces in addition to 28 digs and three assists against Regis in the Colorado Premier Challenge on Sept. 14 … put up 32 digs and two assists in the NCAA Central Region quarterfinals on Dec. 5.

2017: NSIC All-Tournament Team … Colorado Premier Challenge All-Tournament Team … appeared in 34 matches as Concordia’s libero as a freshman … ranked ninth in the NSIC with 4.24 digs per set on the season … led the team with 522 total digs while her .958 receive percentage on 636 attempts also led the team … also ranked fourth on the team with 36 service aces (0.29 per set) … had double-digit digs in 30 of 34 matches while picking up nine or more in all but one match … never had back-to-back matches with under 10 digs … grabbed 15+ digs in 19 matches, including eight with 20+ … had two different three-match stretches in which she collected 20 or more digs … had a season-best 24 kills to go along with five assists against Lewis on Sept. 8 … had at least 20 digs in all three matches in the NSIC Tournament, including back-to-back 23 dig performances against UMD on Nov. 18 and SMSU on Nov. 19 … had 22 digs, five assists and two aces against SMSU on Sept 9.

Delano High School: Picked up 11 letters, five in volleyball, four in softball and two in basketball for the Tigers … school’s all-time leader with 1,784 career digs to go along with 1,210 career kills to become the first player in program history to join the 1,000/1,000 club … named All-Wright Conference three years in a row (2014-16) … Second Team All-Metro in 2016 … captained the team as a junior and senior … helped lead the team to a second place finish in the 2013 MSHSL State Class AAA State Tournament … named All-State in 2016 and All-Conference in 2015 and 2016 in softball.
 
Personal: Her brother is a first baseman on the University of Minnesota baseball team, and her father was a first baseman at St. Cloud State in 1988-89 … majoring in business management and minoring in sales at Concordia.
