2016: NSIC All-Academic … participated in shot put, discus, hammer, and weight throw for the Golden Bears … participate in only three meets on the season … placed third in the weight throw at the UST Invite on Jan. 22 with a throw of 13.94M (45ft, 9in).
2015: NSIC All-Academic … participated in shot put, discus, hammer, and weight throw for the Golden Bears … placed second in the weight throw at the Northwest Open on Jan. 10 with a throw of 14.14M (46ft, 4.75in) and added a fourth place finish in the same event at the Falcon Winter Classic on Jan. 31 with a career-best throw of 14.97M (49ft, 1.5in) … performed well at the Warrior Women’s Open on May 2 setting career-bests in the discus throw and hammer throw, throwing 35.67M (117ft, 0in) and 44.51M (146ft, 0in), respectively.
2014: NSIC All-Academic … participated in shot put, discus, hammer, and weight throw for the Golden Bears … set a season-best distance in the shot put with a throw of 10.42M (34ft, 2.25in) at the Stout Open on Jan. 25 … had a season-long throw in the weight throw with a distance of 13.69M (44ft, 11in) at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship on Feb. 28 – Mar. 1 … recorded a season-best throw in the discus at the State Farm Emporia State Relays on Apr. 5 with a distance of 29.61M (97ft, 2in) … had a season-best distance in the hammer throw with a throw of 34.38M (112ft, 9in) at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 26.
2013: Participated in shot put and discus for the Golden Bears … placed fourth in the shot put with an Indoor season-best throw of 11.70M (38ft, 4.75in) at the Van Nelson Open on Feb. 9 … Placed third at the Carleton Relays on Apr. 20 in the shot put with a career-best throw of 12.06M (39ft, 7in) … logged season-best throw in the discus at the Hamline Unsaintly on May 3 – May 4 with a distance of 33.27M (109ft, 2in).
Simley High School: Competed on the Simley HS track team ... was a home school student ... was a two sport athlete for Simley HS competing on both the track and field and basketball teams … was captain of the track team her senior year …earned two letters in track and field … earned the “thrower of the year” award her junior and senior year … she has the 3
rd best shot-put throw and the 2
