2015-16: All-NSIC Second Team ... NSIC All-Tournament Team ... WGCA All-Scholar ... NSIC All-Academic ... finished season with 79.4 stroke average which ranked second on the team and eighth in the NSIC ... finished ninth of 53 at Holiday Inn Invitational (9/19-20/2016) shooting a 158 (81, 77) ... captured individual medalist honors at Upper Iowa Invite (4/2-3/2016) finishing with a 75 in round one and 83 in round two ... had back-to-back top 15 finishes at Holiday Inn Express Classic (3/14-15/2016) and at Augustana Spring Fling (3/18/2016) ... tied for second of 53 players to complete all four rounds at NSIC Championships with a 313 (79-83, 76-75), her 151 spring score was best in the NSIC ... tied for 12th of 66 at NCAA DII Super Region 3 Tournament after shooting a season-best 73 in the first round.

Eastview High School:
Earned three golf letters entering senior golf season this spring, along with three academic letters and two basketball letters (all through junior year) ... on the golf course, has competed at the Minnesota State Tournament the last two years, taking 24th as a sophomore and 19th last year as a junior ... also helped lead the Lightning basketball team to the Minnesota State Tournament as a sophomore (fourth place) and junior (third place) ... earned All-State golf honors as a junior while earning Section Medalist honors ... also named All-South Suburban Conference as a sophomore and junior golfer, as well as honorable mention honors on the basketball court as a junior ... will be a senior captain of the golf and basketball teams ... also involved with National Honor Society and French National Honor Society.

Born June 16, 1996...daughter of Larry and Karen Opatz...Has an older sister, Kristine... will major in exercise science at Concordia... Her father, Larry Opatz, was a member of the golf and basketball teams at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
