BURNSVILLE, Minn. — The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference released the 2025-2026 Women's Basketball All-Conference teams this morning. Lauren Wilson and Lydia Haack earned All-NSIC First Team honors. 

Haack was selected to the All-NSIC First Team for the second consecutive season and the third time in her career. Haack's first selection came in 2022-23 in her time with Upper Iowa, she was named to the first team last year as well. Haack averaged a team leading 18.0 points per game for the Golden Bears this season, good for fifth in the NSIC. The senior guard led the conference in assists per game as well with 6.2 per game. 

Lauren Wilson earned all-conference honors for the first time in her career, after averaging 17.6 points per game. Wilson also averaged a team leading 8.6 rebounds per game, good for third in the NSIC. 

The second-seeded Golden Bears begin NSIC Tournament play against MSU Moorhead/Northern on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 1:30 p.m.

• 2020-21 NSIC South Division All-Freshman Team (Upper Iowa) 

• Led the Golden Bears averaging 18.3 ppg in NSIC play, good for sixth in the conference

• Averaged a conference leading 5.9 assists per game

• Ranks fourth in Division II in assists per game 

• Set a program record with 44 points in a game against Winona State

• Averaged 18.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 6.2 assists in 27 games this season 

• Recorded her 2,000th career point and 1,000th with CSP

#30 Lauren Wilson (F, 6-0, Jr., Springville, Iowa / Springville HS)

• 2025-26 All-NSIC First Team 

• Averaged 15.6 points in NSIC play, good for 12th in the conference

• Ranked fifth in NSIC in rebounds, averaging 7.7 per game 

• Shot 48.1% (124-258) conference games, good for ninth in the NSIC 

• Second in the NSIC in blocks, averaging 1.4 in conference play 

• Averaged 17.6 points, 8.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game 

• Shot 49.9% (168-337) from the field this season 

• Recorded a career-high eight double-doubles

• Set a new career-high with 34 points in a game against Michigan Tech
