KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The United Soccer Coaches announced on Friday the College Team Academic Award winner, recognized for the exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year. Concordia-St. Paul soccer earned the honor for the 15th consecutive season.
This is the 17th time that CSP women's soccer has claimed the award since 2009. CSP was one of three NSIC schools to earn the honor along with Bemidji State (3.62) and Minnesota State (3.70). The Golden Bears earn the honor with a 3.74 GPA.
A total of 697 soccer teams (283 men, 414 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year.
The Golden Bears begin the 2025 campaign on Sept. 5 against Nebraska Kearney for a home turf game at Sea Foam Stadium.
