BAY CITY, Mich. - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Conference (GLIAC) has announced the GLIAC All-Academic and All-Academic Excellence Teams for the 2024-25 academic year. The Concordia- St. Paul women's lacrosse team set a new program record with 18 selections including 12 student-athletes being named to the Academic Excellence Team.
Criteria states the student-athlete must be an active member of the roster at the end of the season, not a freshman or first-year transfer student. GLIAC All-Academic teams are comprised of those student-athletes that meet criteria and carry a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0-3.49. GLIAC Academic Excellence teams are comprised of student-athletes that have a cumulative GPA of 3.50-4.0.
The Golden Bears set a new program record this year, landing 18 selections with a program-high 12 student-athletes being named to the Academic Excellence team after seeing 15 total selections last year.
