GREENWOOD, Ind. - The 2025 Academic All-District® softball teams were released by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday. The Golden Bears had five infielders earn recognition in Bryleigh Dana, Alexis Monty, Rachel Novak, Sydney Pelzer and Riley Rosenthal

Rosenthal becomes a two-time selection to the All-District® team as she also earned the honor last year. CSP's five Academic All-District® honorees will be considered on the CSC Academic All-America® ballot and those teams will be announced on June 17.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Softball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
