ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Concordia-St. Paul track and field teams closed out the regular season with 34 top-10 finishes and 20 in the top five at the Meet of the UnSaintly on Friday night.

Two records fell on the day as Jaid Perry cruised past Kalle Burney's 2018 record in the 400m hurdles while Drake Daniels continued to raise the bar even higher in the 100m hurdles. Perry's time of 1:02.26 shaved 0.76 seconds off of Burney's mark of 1:03.02 as she won the event. Daniels won his event as well, trimming 0.10 seconds off his previous best with a time of 14.32 seconds.

Cadence Tanner added to the team's dominant performance in the hurdles as she won the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.75 seconds while she also won the high jump, clearing 5' 5.00".

In addition to the four victories, CSP added eight second-place finishes on the day.

In the men's 200m, Thomas Dietel, Tarnue David and Ashton Brown finished in second, third and fourth, respectively, while David chipped in a second-place result in the 100m. Priestly Jibunor made it three finishes in second on the track for the men as he earned that spot in the 400m.

The Golden Bears compiled two more second-place results on the track on the women's side as Chidera Osuoha and Destiny Mattingly took home the spot in the 100m and 200m, respectively.

Samara Jones trailed only Tanner in the high jump to take second while Dan Otto took seconds in the discus throw and Cullen Feist took second in the javelin.

Concordia will look to carry the momentum into next week's NSIC Outdoor Championships as they travel to Minnesota State to compete from Friday to Sunday.
