Big Michigan trip on tap for Golden Bears

CSP heads on final regular season road trip to #8 Grand Valley State & Davenport

ST. PAUL, Minn. - This weekend, Concordia-St. Paul women's lacrosse (6-8, 1-2 GLIAC) will head to Michigan's mainland for a pair of games starting on Friday at #8 Grand Valley State (11-1, 2-0 GLIAC) at 6 p.m. (CT) in Allendale before heading to Grand Rapids on Sunday for an 11 a.m. (CT) start at Davenport (5-5, 0-2 GLIAC).

The Golden Bears split with the same opposition at the Concordia Dome at Sea Foam Stadium during the first weekend of April, defeating Davenport 18-15 before falling 16-1 to Grand Valley State, who was ranked ninth at the time. CSP has three GLIAC contests remaining, with one home contest left on the docket on April 27 when Northern Michigan makes the return trip for CSP's senior day at Sea Foam Stadium outdoors.

CSP is now 0-11 all-time against Grand Valley State, who has been nationally-ranked in all 11 contests when facing CSP. CSP is 0-6 in six trips to Allendale. With their 18-15 win over the DU Panthers, Concordia is now 9-4 against Davenport and holds a 3-1 road record at DU. CSP has won three in a row against Davenport, with the largest margin of victory just four goals and the total margin in the streak just eight.
