The NSIC has five teams under consideration in the central region including Augustana, Concordia- St. Paul, UMary, Minnesota State and St. Cloud State.

Again this year for NCAA Division II sports with regional rankings, schools will be listed as under consideration in alphabetical order for the first ranking of the season.

CSP has three games remaining in the regular season, Concordia (9-3-3, 7-3-1 NSIC) will hit the road to play at Minnesota Crookston and Bemidji State before returning home for the regular season finale against Sioux Falls Nov. 7 at Sea Foam Stadium.

The Golden Bears currently sit at fourth in the conference and have an opportunity to host the first round of the NSIC Tournament for the first time since 2019.

The 2024 NSIC Soccer Regular Season Champion will be determined by a 14-match league schedule, with a win earning a team three points and a tie one point.

The NSIC Tournament is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 11, Friday, Nov. 15 and Sunday, Nov. 17. The top four seeds host a first round match, followed by the semifinal and championship rounds at the campus of the highest remaining seed of the four quarterfinal winners.

The NSIC, the Mid-America Athletic Association (MIAA) and the Great American Conference (GAC) make up the 35-team NCAA Central Region. The top eight teams in the region will advance to the NCAA region tournament. The two top-seeded teams in each region shall be offered the opportunity to host, provided minimum site selection criteria are met and a bid has been submitted.  Automatic bids are granted to the winners of the MIAA, GAC and NSIC postseason tournaments, with the remaining five spots awarded on an at-large basis.

The NCAA Women's Soccer selection show will be streamed online on Monday, Nov. 18 at NCAA.com at 5:30 p.m. (CT).

The first/second round matches of the regional tournament will take place on campus on November 22-24 while third/quarter final rounds will be contested at campus sites on December 1 & 7.
