PUEBLO, Colo. – Concordia-St. Paul's Arika Harbo collected First Team All-America honors in the heptathlon and the high jump on day two of the NCAA Outdoor Championships on the campus of CSU Pueblo to close out her season.

Harbo brought her career total to six First Team All-America picks and nine All-America selections in total.

Harbo fell just short of becoming a four-time NCAA Champion in the high jump as she took home second place with a height of 5' 8.5". As one of three competitors to clear that height, just Saginaw Valley State's Cheyenne Williamson was able to clear 5' 9.75" as the CSP junior claimed a second-place finish and her fourth First Team All-America honor in the high jump and fifth All-America selection overall in the event.

The St. Paul native was at her best throughout much of the heptathlon as she set personal records in four of the seven events to blow past her previous best mark of 5193 points and Kalle Burney's 2018 school record of 5323 points with a total of 5445 points. She finished 416 points behind NCAA Champion Cheyenne Williamson of Saginaw Valley and 106 points behind Azusa Pacific's Alysa Henry in third.

The junior became the program's first All-America First Team selection in the heptathlon since Wakpor Ighovojah earned the honor in the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Championships. Harbo also grabbed Second Team All-America recognition in the heptathlon in last year's championships as she brought her total to four All-America honors in multi-event competition.

One day after setting PRs in the high jump and the 200m, Harbo registered personal bests in the javelin throw and the 800m. She opened the day with a distance of 18' 7.25" to finish seventh as she added 750 points to her total. From there, she followed with a ninth-place finish in the javelin as she cleared 111' 7" for 553 points. She finished the heptathlon with a time of 2:23.33 and 779 points, taking sixth in the 800m.
