ALLENDALE, Mich. - Concordia-St. Paul closed out the GLIAC Tournament by landing a pair of GLIAC All-Tournament Team selections, announced following the championship game on Sunday. Sophomore defender

Lauren Sheets earned the honors for the team following their tight 15-11 loss to Northern Michigan on Friday afternoon.
This is the third time that the program has had two GLIAC All-Tournament Team selections, joining the 2019 and 2022 teams.
Sheets produced a 4-goal game in her first-ever college playoff game, needing just five shots to secure her four goals. She finished her rookie season with 47 goals including 11 hat tricks and added nine assists for a 56-point first year total.
McGowan also found the back of the net against the Wildcats, picking up her second goal of the year as she had three points from the defensive position. In the tournament, she had a pair of ground balls, giving her 26 for the year to finish third on the team and she also had 13 caused turnovers on the season, tied for the second-most on the roster.
Sheets was an All-GLIAC First Team selection while McGowan was named All-GLIAC Honorable Mention for their performances throughout the season.
