AUSTIN, Texas - The College Sports Communicators (formerly known as CoSIDA) announced the 2023 NCAA Division II CSC Academic All-America® teams and Concordia-St. Paul had senior Katie Anderson named to the First Team and senior Tori Miller was named to the Third Team.
 
This year marked the first time that two or more CSP soccer players were named to CSC Academic All-America® teams. Anderson made history by becoming the first Golden Bear to earn First Team honors for the award, while Miller earned Third Team recognition for the first time in program history. The duo joins Hannah Pavek (2019) and Lindsay Hartleben (2005), each earning Second Team recognition, to double the program total to four selections.
 
Embry-Riddle University's Isabelle Navren, a midfielder from Stockholm, Sweden, was named the NCAA Division II CSC Academic All-America® Team Member of the Year after collecting 17 points on five goals and seven assists during the 2023 season.
 
The Division II Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist the College Sports Communicators with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2023-24 Division II Academic All-America® program.
 
Sixteen of the 33 members of the Academic All-America® Division II women's soccer teams boast a perfect 4.0 GPA in their undergraduate work or graduate school. The 11 members of the first team have an average GPA of 3.94.
