2023: All-NSIC First Team ... CSC Academic All-America® Third Team ... CSC Academic All-District® ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... started in all 20 games on the defensive side of the pitch for the Golden Bears ... tallied 1771 minutes and only left the field in one outing (Senior Day) ... anchored the CSP defense that held NSIC opponents to .79 goals a game ... added six points with two goals and a pair of assists ... scored her first career goal at home against Minnesota Crookston, and added her second goal of the season on the road against MSU Moorhead ... recorded four total shots with three of them on goal. 

2022: All-NSIC Second Team ... CSC Academic All-District® Team ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction recipient  ... started in all 19 games as a team captain ...  led the Golden Bears on the defensive side of the pitch with a team-best 1654 minutes, including 15 full games ... helped the CSP defense to four shutouts in league action ... guided a CSP defense that allowed just 57 shots on goals in NSIC action, second-fewest in the league ... tallied three shots with two shots on goal.

2021: NSIC Fall All-Academic honors ... started and played in all 20 games for the Golden Bears ... tallied second most minutes on her squad with 1770 ... 8th in single-season rankings in minutes played ... helped hold opponents to 167 shots, 98 shots on goal, and 23 goals ... assisted in earning eight team shutouts on the season ... season-high two shots against Bemidji State (9/26). 

2020: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2019: Appeared in 20 games and started in five games in her freshman campaign ... appeared in her first collegiate game in the 1-0 victory over Missouri St. Louis on (09/05) ... made her first collegiate career start in the 2-0 win over Minnesota Crookston (10/20) ... Played in a career high 90 minutes twice this season, first against Minnesota State (11/17) and against Northeastern State (11/22).  

Kennedy High School: Lettered five times in soccer and two times in basketball for the Eagles ... two-time All-Metro West player … also earned two All-Conference Honorable Mention honors … named a captain for three seasons … awarded team MVP twice in her high school career. 
 
Personal: Graduated in 2021 with a degree in communications and media studies, with a minor in non-profit management at Concordia ...  is currently in leadership and management MBA  program … her father played basketball and mother played volleyball, both at Clark Summit University in Pennsylvania … has two sisters.
