WAYNE, Neb. - Due to low temperatures combined with high winds on Saturday, the Concordia-St. Paul softball games against Newman (Kan.) and Truman State (Mo.) have been canceled.
The games, relocated from Emporia, Kansas to Wayne, Nebraska due to snowfall in the region, will be played as scheduled on Sunday with Concordia facing Newman at 11 a.m. and Truman at 1 p.m. on the campus of Wayne State College.
Sunday's forecast features a game time temperature of 53 degrees with a high of 62 for the day.
Concordia is off to a 5-1 start to the season including Friday's 9-inning victory over Truman.
