One night after putting up their best hitting percentage since 2018 at .453, CSP surpassed that mark with an incredible mark of .535 in the win over Minot State. The Golden Bears needed just 71 swings to collect 43 kills while they committed just five errors. The mark was seventh-best in the DII era at CSP. On the other side, Concordia held Minot State to .050 hitting with 21 kills and 17 errors on 80 attempts.

Concordia wasted little time setting the tone as they scored the first five points of the match as they led from start to finish in the opening set. The margin remained five at 13-8, but CSP allowed just one point for the Beavers the rest of the way as they closed on a 12-1 run to win the set 25-9.
The Golden Bears carried the momentum into the second set as they used an early 4-0 burst to take a 10-4 lead. CSP slowly added to their lead throughout as they eventually took the set by a score of 25-14.
It was all CSP from the start in the third set as they opened on a 10-0 run, their second 10-0 run to start a set this season, before ballooning their lead even further at 14-2. Minot State cut it back to single digits a few times down the stretch before the Golden Bears closed it out at 25-14.
Concordia has a quick turnaround with a Tuesday night road trip to Minnesota State before hitting the road to Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston on the weekend.
