BAY CITY, Mich. - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Conference (GLIAC) has announced the 2020 GLIAC Spring All-Academic and All-Academic Excellence Teams. A total of 803 student-athletes achieved all-academic recognition through the GLIAC, including 342 on the all-academic team and 461 on the academic excellence list.

Criteria states the student-athlete must be an active member on the roster at the end of the season, not a freshman or a first year transfer student. All-Academic Teams are comprised of those student-athletes that meet criteria and carry a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0-3.49. Academic Excellence Teams are comprised of student-athletes that have a cumulative GPA of 3.50-4.0. Grades are based on cumulative marks through the spring semester.

Concordia's 14 total selections is a new high in its third year as a member of the GLIAC, two more than last year's previous high of 12. Of CSP's 14 total selections, the 11 on the academic excellence list is a new high after having four reach the bar in each of the last two years. CSP also had 11 of the 37 total selections to the women's lacrosse excellence list, and three of the 29 named to the all-academic list.
