BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) released the 2018-19 basketball All-Conference teams and Concordia-St. Paul seniors
Anna Schmitt and
Lindsay Dorr were named to the First Team. This was the third straight year that Schmitt has been named to the All-NSIC first team while Dorr is making her first appearance on an All-NSIC team.

Cassie Askvig of UMary was recognized as the conference player of the year, while Sammy Kozlowski of Minnesota Duluth was picked as the defensive player of the year. Vishe' Rabb of Augustana was tabbed as the freshman of the year while MSU Moorhead's Karla Nelson was selected as the coach of the year.

The duo of Schmitt and Dorr were catalysts for CSP's NSIC South Title, leading the Golden Bears to a 21-7 record to this point in the year. The two seniors combined to score an average of 33.2 points per game, the second-highest scoring duo in the NSIC. Schmitt and Dorr teamed up to lead to lead the Golden Bears in points, rebounds, shooting percentage, free throws, free throw shooting percentage, assists, blocks, and minutes played. Their individual accomplishments are listed below:

- Ranks fourth in the NSIC in scoring average (16.2), sixth in free throw percentage (80.6%), eighth assists per game (3.5), and ninth in field goal percentage (45.1%) in 2018-19
- Leads CSP in 2018-2019 in scoring average, assists per game, free throws made (112), and free throw percentage

- Her 7.1 rebounds per game rank eighth best in school history
- Her 2018-19 mark of 7.2 defensive rebounds per game ranks third in CSP history among single season records
