ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Concordia-St. Paul soccer team (8-0-2, 5-0-2 NSIC) stays undefeated with a 3-1 victory over Sioux Falls (2-7-1, 2-4-1 NSIC) on a windy snowy Friday night at Sea Foam Stadium. The 3-1 score marks the fourth time that the Bears have defeated the Cougars at home. The Golden Bears are now 8-1-1 all-time against Sioux Falls.

The Cougars goal in the first half snapped a 481-shutout minute streak that Jordyn Clark and the Concordia defense had going in their win streak. Before giving up the goal, the Bears had recorded four shutout games in a row. CSP Scored two goals in the first half and one in the second half to seal the victory over USF.

After peppering the Cougars defense and keeper Alexis Wemhoff for the first 12 minutes of the half, Nikki Anderson picked up a rebound off the crossbar from Leah Johnson and scored to put the bears up 3-1. This was Anderson's team leading fifth goal of the season and Johnsons fourth assist of the season.
