In Friday's game against SCSU, the Huskies scored first, as Hannah Marion broke open in the box, taking a leading pass and firing a shot past

Sunday's game against UMD proved to be just as evenly matched, as the Bears and Bulldogs were both unable to score. Each team took three shots on goal in the first half and the beginning of the second half showcased solid defense, as only two total shots were taken in the first half hour of play. CSP took two shots late in the half, but could not convert. The team then survived five quick shots and three corner kicks from UMD in the final three minutes to force overtime. Neither team was able to capitalize in the overtime frames and the game ended in a 0-0 tie.
The Bears held a 14-8 advantage in shots on goal over the weekend and is currently tied for fourth place in the NSIC with St. Cloud State with eight points.
