Update: Lacrosse game against Davenport relocated to Augsburg on Monday

Bears to face Panthers at 10:45 a.m. at the Augsburg Dome

ST. PAUL, Minn. - As Concordia-St. Paul women's lacrosse (6-5, 3-4 GLIAC) returns home from a four game road stand, the home field conditions have forced the team to reschedule Sunday's game to Monday at 10:45 a.m. against Davenport University (3-7, 1-5 GLIAC) at the Augsburg Dome in Minneapolis.

Concordia's first outdoor game of 2018 and the second in program history will wait an additional two weeks as the Twin Cities is expected to receive anywhere from a half foot to potentially two feet of snow from Friday night into Sunday afternoon. CSP's next scheduled home game at Sea Foam Stadium is senior night on Friday, April 27 against McKendree at 6 p.m.

Augsburg University's dome hosts the Auggies' NCAA Division III women's lacrosse team, a fully functional college lacrosse environment for the teams and spectators. Fans can attend Monday's game free of charge.

WATCH ONLINE VIA MULTIPLE DEVICES
The games will be streamed online, free of charge through Stretch Internet's GameCentral portal. The in-house production is a one camera, high definition feed with audio play-by-play by Dan Flanagan, the Voice of the Golden Bears since 2008. Flanagan, a St. Paul native, is a graduate of Fordham University in New York where he trained as a broadcaster.

The game is available on numerous devices aside from the standard online stream, viewers can view the game on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Roku. Simply search for the keyword "NSIC" on the preferred device.

Fans can also follow along on live stats, either through Concordia's traditional live stats page or through the GLIAC's live stats, which feature a mobile-friendly interface.

ROAD WINNING STREAK HIGHLIGHTS 2018 SEASON
The Golden Bears' 6-5 record comes with a 5-2 road record including a five game road winning streak to start the 2018 season. The road streak was snapped in the third game of a recent four game road swing, an 11-10 loss at McKendree after leading 9-6 in the second half.

In addition to the five game road winning streak, CSP also set a new program record for longest overall winning streak when it won four in a row to start the year with a 4-1 record including its first-ever GLIAC win over Northern Michigan.

LOTTSFELDT NAMED GLIAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
In CSP's most recent week of action, a three game trip to Northern Michigan, McKendree and #15 Indianapolis, sophomore goalie Katie Lottsfeldt was named the GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week, the first-ever such award in the program's history.

On the week, Lottsfeldt racked up 27 saves including back-to-back double-digit efforts against McKendree and UIndy. She produced a .491 save percentage while facing 66 shots in three games, had nine ground balls and three caused turnovers.

On the season, Lottsfeldt ranks fifth in the GLIAC in both total saves (73) and saves per game (7.3) and is 21st in the country and second in the league with 3.8 ground balls per game.

HENTGES SECURES FIRST CSP TRIPLE HAT TRICK
In last week's 23-12 win at Northern Michigan, sophomore Maddie Hentges produced the first triple hat trick in team history with records of nine goals and 10 points in the victory. She's already produced 43 points and 13 assists on the year, the third highest single season totals in the young program's record books, trailing her own record of 53 points last season and Kallie LaValle's assist record from a year ago of 17.

She's the current program leader in career points (96) by a margin of 19 and assists by two over LaValle and her 68 goals are second to sophomore Kailey Heinl.

She holds four of the six performances of seven points or more in a game and the single game records for goals (9, at NMU, 2018) and assists (4, vs Midland, 2017).

While Hentges set the program single game marks for goals (9) and points (10) in the road win at NMU last week, sophomore Alina Boyce produced the second most points in a game (8) and tied the second most goals in a game (6) in the same contest.

GOLDEN BEARS IN THE GLIAC/DII TEAM RANKINGS
Concordia continues to produce at a top four level in the GLIAC in a number of areas as a team, highlighted by its second-ranking in the conference and 31st nationally with 22.1 ground balls per game. Additionally, the team is third in the league and 32nd nationally in assists (6.4/game). The Bears are fourth in the conference in caused turnovers (9.2), saves percentage (.432), scoring defense (13.36), scoring margin (-1.4) and shots on goal (22.7) per game.

The second year program featuring just one senior and one junior also does not rank last in the league as a team in any statistical category.

LAST MEETING VS DAVENPORT: CSP 13, DU 8
In the first-ever meeting between the teams, Concordia held off the host Panthers in a closely played contest in which CSP held its large lead of five twice, at 12-7 (23:00/2nd) and 13-8 (29:30/2nd). Davenport was able to cut into CSP's leads for a one goal margin twice in the second half, as well at 7-6 (11:10) and 8-7 (12:14).

Sophomore Maddie Hentges led CSP with five points including four goals while redshirt freshman Katie Moynihan had four points (2g, 2a). Sophomore Kailey Heinl and freshman Raelyn Korinek each had hat tricks, as well.

CSP's goalie combo of sophomore Katie Lottsfeldt and Claire Hagen was solid, producing 14 saves and to just eight goals allowed as each allowed four, while Hagen had the edge with eight of the 14 saves.

ABOUT DAVENPORT
Since its 13-8 home opener loss to Concordia on March 29, Davenport recovered with a 17-11 GLIAC win at home over Northern Michigan two days later. The Panthers have dropped their two road games since the Davenport win, 18-7 at #13 Grand Valley State and 13-10 at #25 Tiffin.

The Panthers are navigating their first year as a Division II program after a successful run as an NAIA member, establishing a nationally competitive lacrosse team at the level.

Taylor Reiss leads the conference with 55 points and is third in the league with 25 assists and Ryann Deuel is fifth in the league with 34 goals. Deuel is also fifth in the league with 48 draw controls.

Goalie Alex Yates is fourth in the GLIAC with 34 ground balls and fifth with 92 saves while ranking eighth in goals against average (15.93) and save percentage (.382).
