BSU proved to be a tough opponent, as they held a 12-4 advantage in shots throughout the game, scoring once in the first half and twice in the second to come away with a 3-0 win. The Golden Bears bounced back against Minnesota Crookston, though, as Rowan-Stafford scored twice to help CSP to their eighth win of the year.
The shutout win over the Golden Eagles gave Concordia its eighth shutout of the season, which is a new CSP school record for most shutouts in a season.
