In the final 10 minutes of play, Minnesota State tried to fight back and would outscore Concordia 22-17 in the quarter but could not get closer than seven.
Anna Schmitt and Caitlyn would combine to score all 17 points in the final period of play for CSP.
From the moment the Vikings would not closer than four for the remainder of the game and some solid free-throw shooting down the line by CSP would seal the 83-77 victory for the Golden Bears.
