Football team to host Upper Iowa for Staff Appreciation Day

The Golden Bear players will honor 75-plus Concordia staff & faculty members

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Concordia-St. Paul (2-4 NSIC, 0-2 South) looks to snap a four game losing streak this Saturday at noon against Upper Iowa (1-5 NSIC, 0-2 South) as each team seeks its first NSIC South Division win at Sea Foam Stadium for CSP Staff & Faculty Appreciation Day.

BROADCAST INFORMATION
All of Concordia's football games will be streamed live courtesy of the Northern Sun's league-wide agreement with Stretch Internet. Concordia's home games are produced by School Space Media with play-by-play from St. Paul native and Fordham University (N.Y.) graduate Dan Flanagan, the voice of the Golden Bears since the 2008-09 academic year.

STAFF & FACULTY APPRECIATION DAY
Concordia's coaching staff has asked each member of the football team to select a member of Concordia University's faculty or staff that has made a positive difference in their experience at CSP, or someone they have grown to respect. "We are excited to acknowledge these people because the best part of Concordia University, St. Paul are the outstanding people that serve our students," said head coach Shannon Currier. The 75-plus members selected by the team will be honored at halftime as well as receive program recognition in the gameday programs.
