WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - Concordia-St. Paul softball (2-6) split its first day of the Rebel Spring Games, defeating Glenville State 10-1 in five innings in the first game before falling 7-5 to Southern Indiana in the second. The team will play two more games tomorrow against Ferris State and Indianapolis at 8/10 a.m. (central).

GAME 2 HIGHLIGHTS: Southern Indiana 7, Concordia 5
The Golden Bears went into the final inning down 7-1 to USI before a furious rally gave Concordia late life. The rally was keyed by a 2-run double by freshman
Liz Jarosz but the Golden Bears weren't able to complete the comeback. Concordia left the tying run on base and the winning run at the plate for the team's fifth loss by three runs or less.
