Jennifer Pozzani led the way on 13 of 16 shooting from the field, and Desirae Jones had a career-high ten assists in Concordia's 110-91 win over Minnesota Crookston.
Along with her 33 points, Pozzani added five steals, five rebounds, and four assists. Desirae Jones had her first career double-double with 16 points (5-9 from three-point range) and ten assists. Nakia Carlisle had 17 points on five of six shooting and four rebounds. Lindsay Williams hit five three-pointers in scoring 15 points.
The Golden Bears shot 57.6 from the field in the game, and the 110 points is the second most scored this season (112 vs. Trinity Bible). The Bears also had a season high, hitting 12 three-pointers. Concordia's defense also had 18 steals and forced 22 Golden Eagle turnovers. With the win, the Golden Bears improve to 11-0 at the Gangelhoff Center this season.
