The Concordia soccer team (5-12-2 overall, 4-8-2 NSIC) suffered a 1-0 loss to NSIC regular-season champion #15 Winona State (17-1-2 overall, 12-0-2 NSIC) at Concordia Field on Saturday afternoon.
The first half proved to be a defensive battle, as neither team recorded a shot on goal. Winona State got on the board in the second half in the 64th minute on a goal by Annie Lauterer, with the assist to Molly Blum. It would prove to be the only score in the game.
