Hillary Johnson scored two goals in leading the Bears to a 3-2 win over MSU Moorhead on the road. The Bears have now won three NSIC games in a season for the first time in school history. They are 9-8 (3-1 NSIC) on the season.
Concordia also got a goal from
Angie Rockney in the win. The Bears outshot MSUM 11-5 in the game and
Kara Gamboni had three saves to get the win.
Rachel Flaherty played in the net for the first time this season after Gamboni left the game with an injury in the 60th minute. Flaherty allowed one goal.
The bears will host Southwest Minnesota State on Oct. 22 at 1:00 in NSIC action at Concordia Field.
