Trevor Warner

Trevor Warner joined the Concordia coaching staff for the 2016 season as a graduate assistant working primarily with cornerbacks before earning a promtion in his second year in 2017 as secondary coach.

In addition to his on-field responsibilities, Warner assists with strength & conditioning and is currently a certified strength & conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to his second season in the program in 2017, Warner also assumed duties managing the football team's social media presence.

Warner was a four year starter at Saint John's University, a MIAC power where he was a team captain as a junior and senior for the Johnnies. He intercepted 13 career passes, ranking sixth on the SJU all-time list while also making 109 tackles and 9.0 tackles for loss.

As a senior in 2015, he earned All-MIAC First Team honors and was a D3football.com All-West Region Third Team selection while also being a two-time All-MIAC honorable mention (2013 & 2014) selection. He competed in the 2016 All-American Bowl in Daytona Beach, Florida.

He is a 2016 graduate of Saint John's University with a degree in global business leadership and a minor in exercise science and sports studies. He is pursuing his master's degree in exercise science.

Warner is a Southern California native, growing up in Murrieta, California which is located 60 miles north of San Diego.
