Rob Huberty

Rob Huberty began his first year with the Golden Bears in the 2013 season as a defensive graduate assistant coach working with the linebackers.

He joined Concordia after a championship collegiate career on the gridiron with Minnesota Duluth where he played in all 57 games from 2008-11 with the Bulldogs including UMD's two NCAA Championships in 2008 and 2010.

He was a three year starter at outside linebacker and served as a co-captain in 2011 while being deemed the NSIC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year. He totalled 220 tackles with the Bulldogs, including a personal-high 74 stops as a senior.

He was a two-time All-NSIC North Division First Team performer (2010-11) and ranks fourth in UMD history in sacks (18.5). He was a D2Football.com All-America Honorable Mention selection as a senior.

He is a native of Lena, Wis.
