Kyle McCuskey joined the Concordia athletic training staff during the 2023-2024 season. He is an assistant athletic trainer for the football team, as well as head athletic trainer for cross country, women’s basketball, and track and field.
McCuskey is a certified athletic trainer and is licensed in the state of Minnesota. He brings previous experience working with the Fargo Force of the USHL, OSR Physical Therapy, Episcopal High School, and Mayo Clinic.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of North Dakota, and obtained a master’s degree in Advanced Athletic Training from North Dakota State University. McCuskey is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, as well as an instructor for the American Red Cross.
He resides in South Minneapolis, with his wife Jillian and two dogs, Kolby and Truck.
