Brendan Dye

Brendan Dye joined the Concordia baseball program as an assistant coach for the 2025 season. He joins the Golden Bears from NSIC-member Augustana University, where he was a graduate assistant in the Vikings' program.

Dye, from Minnetonka, Minnesota, is a 2019 graduate of Mayville State University. Prior to his time at Mayville State, Dye played baseball at Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota, where he was a two-year captain. 

While at Riverland, Dye started in all 43 games in 2015 on a team that went 37-6 and won two MCEC conference championships.

Dye spent four seasons as an assistant coach at Minnetonka High School during the spring, and five summers coaching in the Excelsior Legion Program. During the summer of 2022, Dye was an assistant coach with the Minnesota Mud Puppies in the Northwoods League.

Dye finished with a masters of sports administration and leadership at Augustana.
