Concordia University St. Paul Athletics

Adam Kuglitsch joined Concordia-St. Paul in September of 2025 as the Athletics Marketing Graduate Assistant. He oversees the athletics marketing intern program while supporting all CSP marketing efforts. 

Kuglitsch, a native of Janesville, Wis. earned his bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Business with a minor in Marketing at Concordia University-Wisconsin in spring of 2023. 

While at CUW, he worked as the Athletic Communications Student Assistant where he oversaw social media coverage before becoming the Event Presentation Supervisor for the Rockford Ice Hogs. With the Ice Hogs he supported all live in-game promotions and sponsorship activations. 

He has also seen stops with the Beloit Sky Carp, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Milkmen and Rockford Rivets in various marketing and game presentations roles while also serving as a Super Bowl LVII Teammate. 

Kuglitsch is currently getting his masters degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from CSP and works for the Minnesota Frost as a Promotions and Game Activation Assistant.
