2019: All-NSIC First Team … NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … NCAA Central Region All-Tournament Team … NSIC All-Tournament Team … Colorado Premier Challenge All-Tournament Team … NSIC Defensive Player of the Week (10/7/19) … started all 35 matches for the Golden Bears … ranked eighth in the NSIC with 470 digs as well as ninth in kills with 395 … her 2.93 kills per set ranked 14^th in the league while her 3.47 digs per set rank 17^th … ranked fourth on the team with 35 service aces (0.26 per set) and 51 total blocks (nine solo and 42 block assists) on the season … led the team with a .969 receive percentage on 1,074 attempts … reached double figures in digs 27 times and double figures in kills 23 times … led the team with 21 double-doubles, including five in a row from Sept. 28 to Oct. 12 … had double-doubles in five of six postseason matches, including four straight to end the season … put up a career-high 20 kills to go along with 21 digs and a pair of aces in the NCAA Central Region Championship against Nebraska-Kearney on Dec. 7 … set a career best with 33 digs in addition to 18 kills and a pair of aces on Oct. 5 at Wayne State … had 17 kills, 19 digs and three blocks against West Florida on Sept. 13.
 
2018: NSIC All-Academic … appeared in 25 matches, making 22 starts for the Golden Bears … finished third on the team with 282 digs (3.10 per set) and a .973 receive percentage (12 errors on 443 attempts) … added 162 kills (1.78 per set), good for sixth on the team, while hitting .202 … added 21 blocks, 11 service aces and 10 assists … finished in double figures in digs in 17 of 25 matches, including six with 15+ … collected four double-doubles … reached double digits in kills five times … collected a double-double with 11 kills and 17 digs in the season opener against Hillsdale on Aug. 23 … had a career-best 21 digs to go along with 13 kills at Northern State on Sept. 28 … had 14 kills, 15 digs and a pair of aces against SMSU on Sept. 22 … filled the stat sheet with 15 kills, 14 digs, three blocks and an ace on Aug. 31 at MSU Denver.
 
2017: Appeared in all 37 matches in her freshman year for the Golden Bears … ranked second in the NSIC and 30th in NCAA Division II with 50 service aces while her 0.37 aces per set ranked fifth in the conference … finished third on the team with 394 digs and 2.92 digs per set on the season … also ranked third on the team with a .954 receive percentage on 603 attempts … chipped in 21 kills and nine assists on the season as well … collected double-digit digs in 22 matches, including 10 with 15 or more … reached double figures in each of her first three matches in her career and nine of the first 11 … reached double digits in digs in four of the final five matches in the NCAA Tournament, including 12 in the national championship … had two or more service aces in 15 matches, including seven with three or more … picked up 10 service aces in a three-match span from Sept. 19 to Sept. 23 … compiled three service aces in three straight matches from Nov. 11 to Nov. 18 … set a career high with 18 digs against Central Washington on Sept. 2 before matching it on Oct. 21 against Augustana.

Lettered nine times, five in volleyball and four in track and field for the Beacons … Star Tribune All-Metro Second Team and Pioneer Press Volleyball Player of the Year finalist as a senior … Academic All-State as a senior … three-time All-Tri-Metro Conference and two-time honorable mention … two-time Star Tribune Player of the Week … MNVBC All-State three years in a row … helped her team to the MSHSL Class AA State Tournament in each of her final three seasons, including a pair of runner-up finishes, while being named to the All-Tournament Team in 2015 and 2016 … finished her career with over 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs in her career … an All-Conference track & field athlete, was also a two-time Academic All-State and All-Conference honorable mention athlete ... went to state in the 300m hurdles in 2016 and 2017 and in the 4x200m relay in 2017 … also involved in National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society and Choir … helped her club team, Northern Lights, to back-to-back national championships.
 
Personal: Majoring in elementary education while also pursuing a Lutheran teacher certificate and math endorsement at Concordia … her mother was a two-time all-conference selection in volleyball at North Carolina State and was named 1990 NC State Female Student-Athlete of the Year … her sister plays volleyball at Carthage College.
