Diedrich enters her second season with the Golden Bear coaching staff in 2022.
A Southwest Minnesota State volleyball standout, she has had several stops as an assistant coach over the past few years, including time at SMSU, St. Kate’s Augsburg and Thief River Falls High School.
Diedrich was a four-year letterwinner for SMSU from 2008-12, earning numerous accolades. She was a three-time first team All-NSIC honoree, including earning 2010 NSIC Player of the Year honors. She was a 2008 AVCA honorable mention All-America, a 2009 AVCA third team All-America and was an AVCA first team All-America in 2010. She currently ranks among the top 10 in program history in several statistical categories. She ranks third in kills (1,652), fourth in attack pct. (.314), fifth in blocks (406) and 10th in matches played (131).
