2011-12 Outdoor: Was ranked in the top 10 in shot-put in the NSIC starting the season … threw a personal best of 12.38m at CSB-SJU Invitational.
 
2011-12 Indoor: Placed in the top 10 in weight throw four times throughout the season with one 3^rd place finish at the Bethel Invitational … placed in the top 10 in shot-put two times during the season.

Becker High School: Earned letters in track and field all four years at Becker … received all-conference academic award twice … was an all-conference thrower in shot-put her Junior year … was captain of her track team her junior and senior year for the Bulldogs … also participated in volleyball and basketball.
 
Personal:  Born on October 30, 1991 … daughter of Linda and Jeffrey Ellis … was on the A honor roll all of high school … plans on majoring in Psychology and minoring in family studies at Concordia with plans to attend graduate school and become a marriage and family therapist … aunt played volleyball for Northern State University.
