Concordia Career:
2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … made 17 appearances for the Golden Bears in the midfield, while starting in four games … logged 380 minutes throughout the year, playing a season-high 61 minutes in the 1-0 win over Western State (Colo.) in the season-opener (8/31) … took four shots on the season, one of which was on goal for a .250 shot on goal percentage … recorded five corner kicks during the season … fired a season-high two shots against at Viterbo (9/9).

2017: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team ... appeared in 18 games, while making ten starts for CSP … tallied two assists in her junior campaign, including her first collegiate point with an assist at Minnesota Duluth (9/17) in the 2-2 tie ... recorded her second assist of the year on the game-winning goal against Norther State (10/15) … fired 13 shots, seven of which were on goal for an efficient .538 shot on goal percentage … attempted 18 corner kicks throughout the year which ranked second-highest on the team … registered 728 minutes of playing time, including playing a season-high 85 minutes against Duluth.

2016: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team ... made 17 appearances and two starts in the midfield for the Golden Bears … played in 338 minutes on the season … played at least 15+ minutes in nine matches, including a career-high 60 minutes played in her first collegiate start at Lindenwood (9/2) … fired her first shot of the season at Wayne State (10/9) … also had a shot attempt at Northern State (10/15).

2015: Made eight appearances as a freshman for the Golden Bears … registered a shot on goal in her 72 minutes of action on the season … played at least 10 minutes in three matches … fired her only shot on net in a season-high 23 minutes in a 4-3 win over Viterbo (9/13).

Elk River High School:
Lettered eight times, four in soccer and four in academics, for the Elks … was named All-Northwest Suburban Conference in 2014 … named team captain as a senior … led her team to a Section 8 Championship in 2013 … led her club soccer team to state in 2013 and 2014 … was involved in National Honor Society, French club, link crew, track and field, and FCA.
 
Personal:
Majoring in elementary education and minoring in psychology and family science at Concordia with plans to be an elementary school teacher … her aunt played basketball at MSU Moorhead … her uncle was a linebacker at North Dakota … another uncle was an offensive lineman for Minnesota-Morris ... has a brother and a sister ... is a member of the Dean's List.
