Luciano Chance joined the Concordia women's soccer coaching staff for the 2017 season after coaching at the club and high school levels for the previous four years in Minnesota.
During those previous four seasons, Chance coached men’s and women’s teams at various club levels with teams competing in state, regional, and international tournaments. He continues to coach at the club level, as well as working as an Olympic Development Program staff coach.
As a player, Chance competed at the collegiate level for Lewis and Clark University and Southern Maine Community College. He then finished his playing career at The American University of Rome, while earning a bachelor's degree in art history and archaeology.
