Ben Gaddis

Gaddis has more than 20 years of coaching experience, beginning in 1987 as park league volunteer and continuing today at both the club and college level. Ben has been with the Concordia staff since the 2011 season.

Gaddis began his college coaching career at NCAA DIII UW-River Falls where he spent eight seasons as the Falcons' Assistant Coach. He spent five years on staff with club soccer powerhouse Minnesota Thunder Academy and is currently coaching two girls teams at one of the state's top clubs Dakota REV.

Over his 20-plus years in club soccer, Gaddis has taken teams to 16 separate state championship games, winning nine of those championships, including six Minnesota State Cup titles.

As a player, he was a member of the 1990 St. Paul Blackhawks McGuire Cup National Championship team.  He was twice named to the Region II Olympic Development team and went on to play his college soccer at NCAA DII University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Ben currently lives in St. Paul with his wife Ashley and their daughter Parker.
